3 phase 440 volt with 3 Brookes motors driving saw, planner thicknesser and crosscut. Power feed to thicknesser has 2 speed through chain drive to gearbox. Everything is easy to service with grease ni***es on all the major points. Drive belts can be obtained from local agricultural garage but we have only needed to change them once.
Owned by our family joinery business from new. Converted to dc braked motors to comply with HSE. Comes with extractor hood for thicknesser and saw + all guards.
Included are extra tungsten saw blades, spare planner knives, moulding cutters, wobble saw blade, cross cut saw and rebate cutter + tools and everything that goes with a machine of this calibre.
Very heavy bit of kit, it can currently be seen working but will be decommissioned shortly. We can remove to the roadside and arrange lifting but will need a flatbed trailer or similar to move it at your expense.

The family of the late Mr George Holland have requested we share his funeral arrangements.

Holland
Peacefully at Borders General Hospital on Thursday 25th May. George, beloved husband of the late Pat and loving father of Kevin and Stuart. Proud grandpa to Jake, Robbie and Niamh. He will be sadly missed.
Interment will take place at Benrig Cemetery, on Wednesday 7th June at 10.30am to which all friends are respectfully invited.
