Nothing ground breaking to see here on this s plan plus heating system.
It’s not often you get the time and the space to take your time with the heating systems at the end of large projects. A well installed system makes it a dream for future maintenance.
Shout out to Joe at for providing me the space for the controls 👌

Nice little lighting upgrade in this HMO today. The old 18w PL fittings were replaced with 15w LED back lit fittings. The old unreliable compact fluorescent fittings were in use 24/7 all year round. These LED replacements now on PIR’s will help with energy costs massively 👌⚡️💡

A new traditional bespoke hardwood kitchen installed with dimmable led lighting throughout to give it a modern twist.
This kitchen had a full re-wire with upgrading to the consumer unit and earthing to future proof it for years to come 👌⚡️🏡
