Spontaneous trip to Glencoe 🏔️

Absolutely horrendous night sleeping in the car 😂 but waking up, grabbing a coffee and heading straight up the mountain made it completely worth it.

Reached our target in 45 minutes, walked (and somehow jogged 😂) back down, then finished it off with a well-earned full breakfast.

Absolutely loved it. 👌

Now we're thinking Scafell Pike, Snowdon and eventually Ben Nevis. 🏔️💪

🌱 One of the greenest lawns we’ve seen in a long time! 💚

We see plenty of lawns throughout the season, but this one really stood out today.

A beautiful, thick, healthy-looking lawn with a fantastic deep green colour — and once the mower had been over it and the stripes started showing, it looked even better. 👌

With all the warm, dry weather we’ve had, it’s great to see a lawn looking this lush and healthy in August.

Another regular maintenance visit completed and another garden left looking fresh and tidy. 🌿☀️

🌿 Meet Our New Employee... Jacob! 🌿

We have a new member of the team joining us today... my son, Jacob! 💚

He was keen to get stuck in, learn a few new skills and see what a day in garden maintenance is really like. It's always great to spend quality time together, and even better when he's happy to lend a hand.

I'm proud of the young man he's becoming, and whether he chooses this line of work in the future or not, it's nice to teach him the value of hard work and taking pride in a job well done.

🌿 What a transformation! 🌿

This has been one of our biggest hedge trimming jobs to date.

Overgrown, thick and in need of some serious attention, we've spent the time making sure every hedge is cut back properly, straightened up and left looking neat and professional. It's been hard work, but the end result speaks for itself.

When the heat cranks up, your lawn needs a little extra care 🌱☀️

Avoid cutting your grass too short during high temperatures — longer blades help shade the soil and keep moisture locked in. Scalping it might seem tidy, but it can stress the grass and leave it vulnerable to drying out.

And when it comes to watering, skip the midday sun. Late evening is your best friend — give your lawn a good soak once things cool down so the water can really sink in without evaporating too quickly.

Best part? You’ve earned a break too. Sit back in your deck chair, crack open a cold beer or pour a glass of wine, and enjoy the view of a lawn that’ll thank you for it 🍺🍷🌿

Bank holiday graft ☀️🎨

Not the easiest day for shed painting in that heat — hard morning sanding, afternoon painting, and thankfully the shade came round just in time 🙌

It’s not absolutely perfect, but another one ticked off ✅
