The front wall and fence are all gone 🫣. Tonnes of rubble removed getting preped for new walls and drive so scaffolding can go up on the house.

All upstairs plasterboard taken off ready for a new roof and reconfig. Lounge door blocked up and 2 new door ways made in the lounge.

Kitchen Wall knocked through to dining room, steel put in, new door opening and a window and door way bricked up. We did this while waiting for planning.one of the windows was taken out and fitted with bifolds by to let more light in and open up the kitchen.
We are trying to reuse materials where we can so we can save money for the structural work.

Ugly old fireplace from the 60s. It was a nightmare to remove.concrete block, fully tilled with 3 steel roads going through. Now in place, a lovely log burner, thanks to (fantastic company). I love the parquet flooring and will be keeping it and sanding it to make it lighter nearer the end.

Old kitchen all removed by us revealed old 60s wallpaper and serving hatch removing fully tiled wall and floor 😖 sold the kitchen on market place for £250 with appliances
