You all did absolutely amazing and it was great to see so may EPH runners this year!!
Thanks to all our staff/friends and family that came along to support the runners it was a wonderful morning for the team.

EPH Contractors are proud to showcase our latest Air Source Heat Pump installation for Westchurch Homes.

As part of this new build project, we supplied and installed a Panasonic ASHP system, providing an efficient and sustainable heating solution that supports the client’s drive toward lower carbon emissions and long-term energy savings.

Our team worked closely with site management to ensure a seamless installation — integrating the system within the property’s heating design to deliver maximum performance and reliability.

We were honoured to sponsor a local event in St Helens this week helping out with the supply of chairs and tables! The event raised over £1500 for massive well done to all involved it was an amazing day and hopefully the start of an annual fundraiser

sponsors and the 2015 Athletes for making this phenomenal community event happen.

Here is important information for Athletes and Spectators

Race Numbers & Timing Chips
•Your timing chip is attached to the back of the number that has been delivered to you. Please do not remove the plastic strip (timing tag) or alter it in any way.
•You must bring your number with you on the morning of the race and it should be pinned to your front while you are on the course. If you lose your race number, replacements are available from the Race Information Desk situated inside the North Stand on the morning of the race at a cost of £10.
•The 10k is chip timed which means that your time will be recorded from the moment you cross the timing mat at the start of the race until you cross the timing mat at the finish line. You can access your time via the TDL app and links to details of the race timings will be available via our social media pages after the race.

On The Morning of The Race/At The Start
•Please be at the Totally Wicked Stadium
North Stand by 9am at the latest. You can go straight to the start area and don’t need to check in anywhere.
•The race will start at 9.30am after a warm up which will start at 9.20am.
•The 10k operates a rolling start. Signs will be clearly displayed in the start area with estimated finishing times on them. Please go to the area signed with your expected finishing time, or the next available space if your chosen time is particularly busy. Stewards will be on hand to assist.
•A secure baggage holding area, race information desk, toilet facilities and refreshments will be available in the North Stand before the race.

Parking
•There will be no vehicle access or parking available at the stadium. Free of charge parking will be available in St Helens Borough Council car parks in the town centre, details of which can be found on the Council’s website.
•Please note, parking in privately owned car parks such as Tesco, The Range or retail parks may incur a fine.
On The Course
•The EPH Contractor's NW LTD Water Station will be available outside GPW Recruitment at the top of North Road .
•First aid provision will be available on the course. Should you need any assistance during the race please speak to the nearest steward who will be able to help you.

Spectators
•Please encourage your family and friends to support you and the other runners, either at the stadium or out on the course.
• Spectators will be able to access the North Stand at the stadium to view the finish and cheer you home!

TDL Live Tracking & Results:
•We are very excited to let you know that we will again have free live tracking & results at the 2025 GPW Recruitment St Helens 10K!
The live tracker can be accessed in a web browser using the link provided:

or via the free mobile app (search 'TDL Events' in your mobile application store to download the app) and will provide: live leaderboards, race information and a route map as well as live times and pace for every runner on the day.
•We have three section points
2k Bold veterinary clinic
5k Evolution Fitness XL
8k CFS Systems

•If you claim your profile on the tracker you will be able to share your success with friends and family and they will be able to track your progress live on race day.

•Share the link to allow others to follow your progress on race day and don’t forget to download your finisher badge after completing the event.
