Central Court Fire Alarm Upgrade Completed in One Day

A huge effort from the CFS team, upgrading the Protec 6300 fire alarm system at to a new Atena 118 system.

The project covered:
✅ Four floors
✅ More than 200 devices
✅ Ten CFS engineers
✅ 18 hours of continuous work
✅ Full changeover completed in a single day

As Central Court remained occupied as live sleeping accommodation, the entire system had to be replaced, configured, tested and brought back online within one day.

Working with the existing cabling, our engineers tirelessly completed the changeover, final commissioning and connection to the building’s LAN. The system is also now connected to the My Comelit Pro app, providing remote visibility and support.

A significant amount of preparation went into ensuring the installation ran smoothly, and the team delivered 🟢⚫⚪

An outstanding effort from everyone involved 👏

Giving a little back to our local community 🏉💚

A few of the CFS Systems team gave up their evening tonight to volunteer at Liverpool St Helens Rugby Club.

They repaired and upgraded the changing room lighting, making sure everything is safe, compliant and ready for LSH teams and visiting clubs throughout the 2026/27 season. 💡🔧

We also installed a new automatic door closer, which should help keep the clubhouse warm on during those cold winter rugby weekends! 🔥🥶

We’re proud to use our skills to support local grassroots organisations and give something back to our community. A big thank you to the CFS team for giving up their time. 👏

It was also the first time our new office team of 6 had all been together, so it felt like the perfect time for a little team introduction!

👋 Meet the CFS Systems office team:

✨ Emma – Business Support Administrator
Your first point of call at CFS Systems, helping keep the office organised and supporting the team with day-to-day admin and coordination.

✨ Ainsley – Project Coordinator
Coordinates our larger project jobs, ensuring works are organised, delivered smoothly, and remain compliant throughout.

✨ Rebecca – Jobs Coordinator
Manages reactive works and small works jobs, keeping engineers scheduled efficiently and clients updated.

✨ Rachel – Service Coordinator
Looks after maintenance scheduling of your systems and helps ensure clients’ systems stay compliant and operational.

✨ Ruth – Finance & Accounts Coordinator
Handles everything finance, from accounts and invoicing to supplier management and keeping everything balanced behind the scenes.

✨ Natalie – Managing Director
Oversees the overall running and growth of CFS Systems, introducing new systems, improving processes, driving strategy, and supporting the wider team across all departments.
