Another project a step closer to completion this week. ⚡️

We carried out a full lighting upgrade throughout the property, including:
💡 Removal of the existing light fittings
💡 Installation of new LED downlights in the lounge, bedrooms and first-floor hallway
💡 Centralising and fitting new light fittings in the ground-floor hallway, second-floor hallway and bathroom
💡 Installation of new Aico mains-powered, interlinked smoke alarms

Lighting can make a huge difference to the look and feel of a property 💡

We also future-proofed the property by pulling in new feeds for the upcoming garage conversion, which will become the new kitchen later this year, along with feeds for LED strip lighting in the lounge coving ready for when the ceiling has been plastered& decorated .

Planning ahead makes the next phase of the renovation much smoother. Looking forward to returning later in the year to complete the next stage. 👌

Another rewire ticked off! ⚡

This time, a lovely 3-storey Victorian property on Ferry Road, Rye. We managed to squeeze this one in at the last minute after it became clear the existing wiring needed upgrading before the plastering could begin.

Working alongside _ on a tight schedule, we got everything completed in time for the clients to move in. As always, having the right team involved made the whole project run smoothly. 💪🏻

Our works included:
⚡ Full rip-out of the old wiring and complete rewire of all circuits
💡 Lighting upgrades, beautifully complemented by the new ceiling roses
🌐 Data cabling
🚪 Smart doorbell installation
🔌 New consumer unit
