Another upkeep maintenance project completed by DC Building Maintenance Ltd.

We recently carried out the safe removal of overgrown ivy from the face and side elevation brickwork of an apartment block using specialist access equipment and a cherry picker.

Overgrown vegetation can cause long-term damage to brickwork, mortar joints, gutters, and drainage systems if left untreated, so regular maintenance is important to help preserve the condition of the building.

Old guttering removed and new black square-line gutter system fitted with the correct fall throughout for proper drainage.
All brackets aligned, outlets positioned correctly, and downpipe installed for a clean modern finish to match the building.
