The autumnal chill is just starting, and so are the replacement radiator requests! 😃

Nice navy column radiator with decorative Whitworth wall stays (a favourite of mine!). 😃

Re-vamp of a leaky shower. Walls stripped back, re-boarded, and aqua panels installed. Water pipes re-routed much to the clients delight! Basin swapped out for a vanity unit. 😃

Another well used small bathroom in need of modernising. Change of layout with bath swapped for an offset shower cubicle (900x800mm), toilet moved & soil stack re-configured, basin relocated to opposite wall, and radiator pipework tidied up. Walls re-boarded & ceiling skimmed, reclaimed oak windowsill. Old floorboards to be painted or varnished…

Full bathroom renovation, with a bath swap for a large shower. Wall tiles stripped, walls re-boarded, basin studwork replaced and vanity unit part built inside to create more floor space / wider shower walk in. Flooring coming at a later date.

A nice large project to start the year off with. Whole new sub floor with underfloor heating and floor tiles. Some 750 wall tiles with matching green trims. Really nice quality Burlington bathroom suite. Both myself and the customer very happy with the finished result! 😃

Replacement of a big home made tiled box & Belfast kitchen sink, with this nice oak unit. Very classy! 😃

An old faulty shower that required fully replacing, so we swapped it out for a more friendly exposed shower valve. Tiles off & section of wall removed, pipework altered, re-boarded, tiled & grouted. I even managed to source the same size & finish tiles so no one would even know it had been changed!! 😃

Modernisation of a main family bathroom. All out, spot of plastering, and full suite in with new electric mirror cabinet & extractor fan, & lvt flooring. 😃

Pretty small, very tired bathroom in much need of a revamp. Stripped back, boarded, skimmed ceiling, and fully tiled. Much happier residents! 😃
