A little bathroom rip out followed by a 1st and 2nd fix of units/facilities carried out by myself and partner in crime JSB Plumbing & Heating

Customer is waiting on having the flooring put at a later date due to finances - but is absolutely over the mood with the end result

A job we got called out to Saturday, a lady was having issues with her gas fire, we first attended and diagnosed a faulty coal set and found the fire required a full strip service,

- we re-attended and laid down our protective
dust covers and work mats to take care of
the customers flooring,

- carried out a full gas tightness test prior to
carrying out any work,

- removed the burner and fire box and cleaned
Thoroughly,

Unfortunately we found that the fire hadn’t been fitted according to the manufacturer instructions and was causing it to spill products of combustion, this is the importance of having services carried out regularly,

Thankfully nobody was harmed, the appliance has been safely capped and removed and a builder has been to brick the opening on our behalf,

The customer is waiting on our very reliable decorator to re-paper the wall and is having an electric fire fitted,

First Fix of a small bathroom job we’ve taken,

- attend remove all old units, toilet/basin/bath

- chase out and alter wall to fit new pipework
for built in mixer shower,

- fit new bath ready for tiler to tile

check back in with us soon for the 2nd Fix and finished article

A job we got called out to a few weeks back, customer complained of no heating or hot water, we attended to find the fan had gone on the boiler and with it being obsolete we advised for a replacement boiler

- the customer decided to go for a open vented system to combi conversion and these are the results of a full day of hard graft between myself and partner in crime JSB Plumbing & Heating

All back up and running and working better than ever,

Called out to a leak on a gravity fed arger - returned with pipe work and fittings and drained system and repiped safely so that the customer can be safe in mind that the hot water flow won’t scald anyone

Another job called out to a complaint about a leaky tap…

Attended removed the old tap and replaced with a shiny non leaking new set, all at reasonable prices
