Job completed for customer over in Middleton so the plasterers could crack on as the walls were falling down!
Job consisted of the following.

☆ Take down damaged walls
☆ build new stud work
☆ Install new door casings

We will be back to fit new skirting arcs and doors once plastered.
We will also be fitting a new kitchen on this job keep a look out for final pics 👌

Hi all sorry We haven't posted for a while due to the volume of work we have had!

Job completed on a surgery in Rochdale for a new contact. This job consisted of the following.

☆ removal of 14 fire doors
☆ Install 14 new fire doors
☆ router 2 sides and head for smoke and fire strips
☆ Install new fire rated hinges and fire rated locks

Customer was really pleased with the outcome. 👌

A lovley truely handleless kitchen fit over in boothstown completed on Christmas eve. The customer had the roof repaired just before we started the job.... This job consisted of
☆Rip out old kitchen and dispose
☆Patch plaster where tiles had been removed
☆Install new plumbing work to allow for integrated dishwasher
☆Install new electric cables to allow for hob and double oven
☆Install new handle less kitchen
☆Install new integrated items

The customer is having new flooring laid so plinths will be installed at a later date. We also installed a utility room on this job but I didn't take any pics 🙈 what a lovely kitchen this turned out to be 👌

☆ Rip out old kitchen
☆Take out rotten floor joist and replace
☆Install new floor boards
☆Install new sockets spot Lights and under cupboards lights
☆ Plaster ceiling
☆Install new kitchen and back boards

Looks really good now all the floor has been fitted.

☆ Take down wall separating dinning room and kitchen
☆ brick up window on side of house. Brick up back door half way to allow for window
☆ Install steel to support floor joists
☆ Install new electrics including spot lights and downlights over breakfast bar
☆ Plaster full room
☆ Install new kitchen and storage cupboard next to chimney breast

Another kitchen completed today in great Harwood this one was for another builder who asked us to come in and dry fit. Ready for the electrician and plumbers.
The sparky will be installing the oven hob and extractor.
The plumber will be installing the sink and pipe work for the washer and installing the boiler.
The builder will fit the plinths once the floor goes down.

☆ Take nib out near back door and install lintel so ceiling runs through as 1
☆ build suspended ceiling
☆ Plaster full kitchen

Kitchen fit completed in Atherton this customer was let down last minute and asked us if we could squeeze him in at short notice we fitted this one over 2 evenings to get it done for him. He is doing the sink cut out as he hadn't purchased the sink 🙈 he is over the moon with this one. We possibly will be going back to fit the floor at a later date. 👌

Kitchen completed in salford.. I forgot to take before pictures of this one 🙈 but I managed to get a few while the work was underway. This job consisted of the following.

☆ Rip out old kitchen and dispose
☆ Take down wall that was the utility
☆ Take out back door and side window and brick up
☆ Take out window and cut out for new back door
☆ Rewire full kitchen thanks to States Electrical.
☆ Plaster where needed
☆ supply and fit new barn door
☆ Fit kitchen and appliances
☆ lay flooring

This job finished up amazing the customer is in love with it and couldn't stop praising us for the work 👍
