Ready for the 1st floor blockwork & scaffold Lift next week to prepare for the roof 🙌🏻

That’s Another Full house refurbishment complete 😍😍😍😍.

I think it’s fair to say this doesn’t look like the same house, It had never been touched until we came in and gave it a full make over and it look fantastic, this will be going on the market soo on the fridge of Ellesmere Park. A superb family home which has even more potential for the loft to be converted.

My son Harry’s Official First Day at work today and what a day to start spending it with Myself & His grandad preparing the footings for our first self build New build property.

This property will be a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom End terrace in Bolton. We are very proud of how far we have come in the last 10 years. I personally have been involved in the building/construction industry since 16 years old starting my journey as a time served carpenter & Joiner. We have been building extensions for approx 15 Years now building a wealth of knowledge across the construction industry.

Things aren’t always plain sailing, most definitely demanding & difficult at times both personally and on the family too everyone can feel the weight of being a builder’s husband or child. So this is a first big step for us as a family & a business owner.

Keep your eyes pealed for its progress and the ups & downs we may face along the way, let’s hope there’s not too many .
