To all my current and previous customers,
You may be aware of a post which has been circulating Facebook from a previous customer who had a job completed with an ex business partner through another business, the matter is being dealt with but unfortunately during the process I am exposed to some reputational damage.
I just want to put out there that all work completed at Rysie's Patio's and Driveways is carried out to the highest standards achievable and I take great pride in my work. I also offer a guarantee on my work so that if anything doesn't go to plan or needs adjustment for any reason (including some issues beyond my control, such as bad weather) you have my word that I will return to ensure that you get what you pay for and nothing less.
I take my business very seriously and want to give every customer the experiece they deserve but, as a human, sometimes mistakes are made. I have recently been in contact with a previous customer regarding one particular mistake which has affected several previous jobs, which I take full accountability for and am in the process of rectifying.
Rysie's Patios and Driveways is a small business so its hard to not take things personally and beat myself up if a customer is unhappy. My reputation is my main measure of success and my flow of customers is primarily driven by word of mouth.
So I'd like to use this post to firstly reiterate my sincerest apologies to anyone who has been affected by any previous mistakes via the previous partnership I will reassure you that I will and have made the required adjustments, but also to reach out to my many fantastic customers, who I hope are as proud of their landscaping as I am, and ask you to please let me know how your experience was by leaving me a Facebook review 😊
