The final look. The room needs painting now. This install involved making a boxing for the back of the new basin. This tidied things up and brought the basin forward to allow for a cabinet to go above without encroaching on the space over the basin. The WC was installed on a chassis so it was wall hung. This gave a cleaner look as well as aided cleaning in and around the WC. The bath was removed and a 1700x750 shower tray installed with a plain sheet of glass and a defective panel. The shower itself was a digital shower (tank fed) with a remote on/off button. The radiator was relocated to a different position and turned into a ladder rail more suited to the rooms use. The floor was a Karndean click floor with trims. The tiles were 600x600 porcelain with stainless steel trims. All in all a nice end product I thought.

At this stage the removal of the old suite is all done and the refit is in progress in the first few pictures. After this the final finished shower room is complete. Phase Two.

Cloakroom basin install. The old tired 1980s one was removed, the walls repaired and painted and this traditional hung cloakroom basin installed.

Here we have a little bathroom remodel. This involved the bath removal and replacement with a quadrant shower enclosure and electric shower.
