Heres the new DB board wired in.
All rcbo fuses installed(each fuse incorporates an rcd).
Surge protection installed(orange block on bottom right).
Now has a main isolator switch to enable isolation of fuses from this point.

Here it is stripped out and ready to replace with a new board.

Here are some photos of a recant job we've started in The Bradford club, a city centre building thats over 200 years old.
We were asked to replace all the DB boards on each floor starting with this one on the top floor as the BBC were filming on that floor for a forthcoming drama.
The original boards probably around 60 years old and as well as not having any rcd protection it also has no on board means of isolation.

Here are some pictures of a much heavier duty instillation we did at a catering factory in Bradford.Its a 200 amp 3 phase set up with half of the power going to a single steam kettle fed through a 100amp 3 phase isolator shown been wired in the bottom right picture.
To give an example of the power involved for the steam kettle its the same amount of power as 3 domestic properties at full demand all at once.
The thick black cable coming through the wall in the bottom left picture is a 300mm incoming power supply.A standard house one would be around 35mm.

Here are some pictures of an LED lighting strip set up we installed recently alongside a rewire we did in a garage that was converted to a bar and recreation area.Its an RGB kit with a remote so can be dimmed and the colours altered to any shade by a wireless remote.
