BPS Property Services is expanding its approved contractor network across the South East.

Due to continued growth and an increasing workload, we’re looking for reliable self-employed tradespeople and subcontracting teams to support our property maintenance, reactive works, insurance reinstatement, refurbishments and larger projects.

Assistant Chef – Baypoint
Summary:
Support the kitchen team in delivering high-quality food service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with food preparation and service
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Support during busy periods and events
• Assist with stock handling and storage
Hours:
Minimum 25 hours per week, with additional hours during events

Weekend Cleaner – Baypoint
Summary:
Ensure the site is clean, safe and well-presented.
Key Responsibilities:
• General cleaning of all areas
• Maintaining hygiene standards
• Reporting any issues or damages
Hours:
Weekend work (hours to be confirmed)

Front of House (Experienced) – Baypoint
Summary:
Deliver a professional and friendly customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greeting and serving customers
• Taking orders and handling payments
• Keeping front of house clean and organised
• Supporting events and busy service
Requirements:
• Previous front of house experience essential
• Strong customer service skills
Hours:
Flexible, includes weekends

Drainage Engineer (Experienced)
Summary:
Carry out drainage investigations, maintenance, and repair works.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and resolve drainage issues
• Carry out repairs and maintenance
• Use CCTV and diagnostic equipment where required
• Complete reports and communicate findings
Requirements:
• Proven drainage experience
• Full UK driving licence required

Chef – GB Pizza (Margate)
Summary:
Prepare and deliver high-quality pizzas in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
