Some lighting alterations and additions completed the other week for Think Lifting Ltd at their new unit. Enabling them to be able so easily see their stores when the racking goes up. A few sockets and a heater added for a tea room which every company needs ☕️

The EV chargepoint grant provides funding of up to 75% towards the cost of installing electric vehicle smart chargepoints at domestic properties across the UK. It replaced the Electric Vehicle Homecharge Scheme (EVHS) on 1 April 2022.

The regulations came into force on 1 June 2020, they apply to new tenancies from 1 July 2020 and existing tenancies from 1 April 2021.
