Roof structure demolished!

Timelapse capturing the full removal of the existing roof structure as we prepare the building for the next phase of works which includes delivering 4 new penthouses to level 5 alongside a full refurbishment of 24 existing apartments across levels 1-4
Structural alterations, new build-up, and full internal upgrades to follow — a significant transformation of this landmark building on Hythe Seafront.

Big milestone reached 🔨

Working on a residential renovation project of ours in Hythe, we have successfully completed the house alterations, including a complex truss frame knock-through to open up the rear of the property. A technically demanding phase completed with skill and precision supported by the architect’s detailed design and coordination throughout.

Next up: reinforced concrete retaining walls and a series of extensions to transform this home even further — including a grand vaulted kitchen extension that’s going to be a real showstopper.

Progress in motion. Stay tuned.

Our newest project is underway…with the soft strip nearing completion already. More than any other Spring clean, it’s being taken right back to the fabric of the building. Now the focus shifts to the main works…

Wishing Terry (Ted) Bottle a very happy and healthy retirement . After over 32years with PAH he will be greatly missed . However we are certain that he will enjoy his leisure now with Liz and his family . Thanks once again for your loyalty and friendship .

A New Chapter for an 1864 Boathouse ⚓🏡
We’re delighted to unveil part our latest project: the transformation of a 19th-century boathouse into a distinctive two-bedroom coastal home.
Originally built in 1864, the building has undergone a sensitive yet thorough restoration, honouring its heritage while introducing modern functionality.
A bold, boat-shaped extension adds a contemporary layer to the story — creating a seamless blend of old and new, and turning this once-forgotten structure into a warm, imaginative seaside retreat.

General Site Labourer required.

We are seeking a highly motivated, dynamic individual to join our team working on construction sites in the East Kent area.

Role includes;
Loading and unloading of materials.
Performing setup and cleanup tasks on site to assist relevant trades.
Ensuring plant/equipment is cleaned where required.
Directing traffic when necessary to ensure the safety of pedestrians.

No previous experience necessary.
Wage to be negotiated (commencing at minimum wage).
40hrs per week, Monday-Friday 8-4:30.
Travel time paid in addition to contracted hours (strict terms and conditions apply)
28 days paid holiday per year (including bank holidays)
Transport to and from site provided.
