Two lifts, one property, and a job well done. 👏

Our team recently completed a project at a private residence near Houghton Regis, Bedfordshire, using one of our mini cranes to tackle two challenging lifts.

First, we lifted bags of decorative stone over the property to a 25-metre radius, before repositioning a hot tub from a 36-metre radius into its new location.

Whether it's construction materials, landscaping supplies, or awkward-to-access items, our mini cranes provide the reach and precision needed to complete lifts safely and efficiently, even on residential properties where access can be a challenge.

A compact crane. A busy London location. A complex lift completed. 👏

Our team, Trevor Purser and Freddie England, recently carried out a contract lift using the Jekko SPX532, lifting glazed units and frames onto a terrace in London.

With limited access preventing larger cranes and HGVs from reaching the site, the SPX532 proved to be the ideal solution. Its compact footprint allowed us to complete the lift without the need for an expensive and time-consuming road closure.

By avoiding unnecessary disruption to neighbouring homes and residents, we were also able to help keep the project running efficiently and costs down for our customer.

It's another great example of how the right equipment, combined with experienced operators, can overcome even the most challenging access restrictions.

When access is limited, the right equipment can make all the difference. 👷

Trevor Purser and Freddie England recently carried out a contract lift in London using our **Jekko SPX532**, lifting glazed units and frames onto a terrace where larger cranes and HGVs simply couldn't access the site.

Thanks to the compact size and impressive lifting capabilities of the SPX532, we were able to complete the lift without the need for an expensive and time-consuming road closure.

The result?

✔ Safe and efficient installation

✔ Minimal disruption to neighbouring homes and residents

✔ Reduced costs for our customer

It's another great example of how choosing the right mini crane can keep complex projects moving, even in challenging urban environments.
