📦 Most Fujitsu & Daikin systems are now on September lead times.

📈 Fujitsu prices increase by 4% from 1st August, and even some orders already placed could be affected if supplier stock hasn’t yet been received.

❄️ Demand is higher than ever, and availability is becoming more limited.

The good news…

✅ Domestic air conditioning installations remain 0% VAT until April (currently expected to increase to 5% afterwards).

That means there’s still an opportunity to save before both manufacturer prices and VAT increase.

We’re still quoting every single day, and we’re more than happy to come out and discuss the best solution for your home or business.

📋 To make sure nobody misses out, we’ve now started a waiting list. Once you confirm you’d like to go ahead, we’ll secure your place in our installation schedule as soon as possible, helping you avoid disappointment while stock is still available.

ANOTHER BUSY WEEKEND DONE! 💪❄️

This weekend alone, we installed another FIVE Fujitsu Airstage air conditioning systems across Saturday and Sunday. 🔥➡️❄️

The diary is absolutely packed, and we’ve got plenty more installations lined up over the coming weeks. While supplier deliveries and lead times are starting to slow down due to demand, we’re working flat out to keep every project moving.

For us, it’s never about rushing jobs to squeeze more in. Every installation is completed with the same care, attention to detail, and high standards that TJ Electrical & Air Conditioning is known for.

Wow… where do we start!

Firstly, we’d like to say a huge thank you to every single customer who has supported TJ Electrical & Air Conditioning over the years. Your recommendations, reviews and continued trust in us genuinely mean the world.

We’re currently experiencing one of our busiest periods yet, which is fantastic, and we’re incredibly grateful. Because of this, we may be a little slower than usual replying to enquiries. On 2nd July, TJ Electrical & Air Conditioning celebrates 7 years in business. Another project completed ✅

We’ve recently finished a full electrical fit out for Suit Direct at Meadows Shopping Centre, Chelmsford.

This was definitely not the easiest install, with a very busy concrete ceiling and multiple ceiling levels throughout the unit, but the team delivered another high-quality finish from start to completion.

Works carried out included:

⚡ Data installation
⚡ Lighting & emergency lighting
⚡ Angled lighting installation set out from drawings supplied
⚡ Music system installation
⚡ Air conditioning servicing
⚡ Fire alarm servicing

❄️☀️ Office Air Conditioning Installation Complete

Nice little 7kw single split Fujitsu system added to a local companies office

With summer just around the corner, we’ve recently completed the installation of a new office air conditioning system to ensure the workspace stays comfortable all year round.

The new system provides both cooling for the warmer months and efficient heating during the winter, giving the customer complete temperature control whatever the season.

🔧 Scope of works included:
• New office air conditioning installation
• Approx. 30m pipe run installed
• All pipework neatly contained on tray
• Pipework carefully routed around the warehouse columns
• Additional refrigerant added to suit the extended pipe run
• All electrical works completed by our own in-house electricians
Unistrut frame made to house the new unit, and fits in really well with the others

Because we carry out both the electrical and air conditioning works ourselves, we’re able to provide a true one-stop-shop service, no need for multiple contractors, making the whole process simpler, quicker and more efficient for our customers.

Another great project completed, with a clean finish and a system ready to keep the office comfortable throughout the year.

✅ Project Complete – Cambridgeshire Fire & Rescue Service 🚒⚡

We’ve recently completed a full electrical and mechanical installation project at a fire station for Cambridgeshire Fire & Rescue Service, delivering a modern, efficient and fully compliant upgrade to the station facilities.

🔧 Scope of works included:
• Brand new electrical installation to the gym area
• Small power installation throughout
• Intelligent lighting control system supplied by CP Electronics
• New LED panel lighting using Luceco LED panels
• Installation of a new Vent-Axia MVHR Unit system
• Installation of a new 10kW Mitsubishi Mr Slim Cassette Air Conditioning Unit for the gym area
• New emergency lighting installation supplied by Thorn and Lightplan
• New drying room dehumidifier supplied by Calorex
• New drying room heating using Dimplex tubular heaters
• Installation of a new 3.5kW Mitsubishi Mr Slim Wall Mounted Air Conditioning Unit for the station office
• Alterations to existing appliance bay lighting
• Alterations to existing bay heater supplies
• Installation of all new compliant tray, conduit and MK Dado Trunking throughout
• All works completed in accordance with the issued design drawings and specification

One of the biggest benefits to this project was that we were able to deliver both the mechanical and electrical package entirely in-house — providing a true one-stop-shop service, with one contractor managing everything from lighting and power through to ventilation, heating and air conditioning.

The completed project has provided the station with improved lighting, heating, ventilation and power, creating a safer, more efficient and more comfortable environment for the crews using the building every day.
