We removed the old existing porch and extended the main roof structure to blend seamlessly with the property. All old roofing was stripped out, followed by fresh installation of high-quality felt, battens and tiles for lasting weather protection.
New Velux windows were fitted to bring in natural light, and the project was completed with purpose-designed screening - delivering both effective privacy and a clean, stylish finish that enhances the home's exterior.

This project transformed the customer's outdoor space with a fully accessible raised patio design, creating a seamless transition from the house into the garden. The patio was finished using premium Indian sandstone, providing a timeless and durable surface with natural character throughout.
To maximise year-round use, we installed a modern electric pergola complete with integrated heating and a remote-controlled louvre roof system, allowing the customer to adjust sunlight, shade, and ventilation at the touch ot a button. The result is a stylish, functional outdoor living area designed for comfort in every season.
