Customer had been getting rat activity in the wall and ceiling of the ground floor bathroom after checking for entry points above ground and finding none recommended a camera survey of the drain and this is what we found at some point the gas board have bored through the top of the pipe and pulled a new gas pipe through leaving a gap in the top of the pipe for rats to get out and get into the property a rat stopper has been fitted to protect the pipe and now no more rats can get to the hole.
