Hello from Lazy Daze HQ!

As many of you may know, we’re off on holiday from the 9th to the 18th of July. Our mum always wanted to be ‘thrown off a cruise ship’ after she passed, so we’re finally doing just that! 🪽

She’ll be taking her final journey to somewhere in the middle of the Mediterranean! We’ll be surrounded by friends and family as we scatter her ashes aboard the lovely Azura ship.

There will be limited signal onboard, so we won’t be available, but don’t worry, the lovely Annabelle will be in charge to keep things ticking along! Though please be gentle as it’s her first time being the boss 😉

Please book any services in asap that aren’t already booked in during these times, as last-minute bookings may not be accommodated.

We’ll see you all when we’re back! 🚢

As members of the Association of Master Upholsterers, Greenwood Upholstery has now been officially approved to carry out work on Primrose Valley and any Haven site 🥳

We’re 21! 🥳🎂🎉

21 years ago today, our lovely mum Julie started Lazy Daze and what a rollercoaster it has been since then!

We’d like to thank all of our customers - past, present, and future for your support and trust in us. We couldn’t do what we do without you!

We also want to give a huge shoutout and thanks to all of our incredible staff, to think that we have grown from nothing, to the size of a small army in the last 21 years is something that we are very proud of and we wouldn’t be where we are now without every one of our employees always going above and beyond!

👋 Most of you know that next week (20th-29th April) we will be on limited staff, due to a lot of us jumping on this amazing cruise ship to Norway, while onboard my beautiful sister, Kelly, will be getting married 👰‍♀️

🎉🥳Tonight we’re celebrating at Lazy Daze 🎉🥳

We’re recognising our epic team and everything they do for us and to keep all of your holiday homes looking beautiful.

This time last year, although we didn’t know at the time, we had just 8 weeks left with our beautiful Mum, and had to quickly change how we operated and reduce some of our services. After a devastating few months, we started this season with renewed focus and determination, and promised ourselves we would restart our full compliment of services again.

Not only have we restarted all of our services, we have added extra on too! It’s not quite the end of the season just yet, but our growing team of nearly 40 have absolutely SMASHED IT! They have worked so hard this year so we’re treating them tonight as a small thank you for the busy summer.

So far this season, this wonderful team have completed over 5000 cleans, made almost 23,000 beds, and spent over 30,000 hours meticulously cleaning every corner of every caravan, and we could not be prouder. 💖

Not to mention around 300 giant Bakewell tarts, 20kgs of sweets in a morning, many sausage and bacon sarnies and about 3000 cups of coffee have also been consumed this season so far!

We’re always grateful for the continued support from our owners, but tonight is all about good food and lots of drinks for our amazing team, without which we would not be able to do what we do today.

She’s probably made about 3 million beds, can pull a chocolate bar out of thin air, and on most camp days can be found helping someone out in their time of need!

A very Good Friday indeed!

We’ve finally sat down after a very busy day on camp today, getting all the lovely holiday homes spotless ready for the next arrivals! What a glorious day it’s been at the seaside!☀️🕶☀️🌊

We couldn’t do what we do without all of our amazing staff, and today we surprised one of our checkers Helen with some birthday goodies!

A huge Happy Birthday Helen, and thank you for all you do at Lazy Daze 🥳🎉🍾🎂🎈🎁

We’re all heading away for a well deserved weekend in the forest with a hot tub, alcohol, and no signal 🙌🏻🥰 🏕🪵🍁🌳🍹🍾
