Challenging shooting last night. Frozen temps, bright moons then Icy fogs made the rats hard to get out in the open and closer than 30 yards. Good fun and finally managed to get out shooting this year

Shooting in frozen fog had led to a build up of ice on the gun. The shot count was down due to the reservoir being so cold.

Managed just over 100 rats and a fox last night. Here’s a bit of the footage. Rats shot mainly between 30 and 45 yard with .177 air rifle and fox shot at 153 yards with .243 rifle
