Passionate landscape labourer wanted, grow your career with Silica Lodge Landscape Division part of a thriving garden centre.

Join our loyal hardworking, tight knit team creating stunning outdoor spaces. We value hard work, commitment and positive team culture. If you love working outdoors and taking pride in your work to an excellent standard we want to hear from you!

The right candidate will have the opportunity to grow with the division and key responsibilities include:
◦ Help install projects whether large or small. For example patios, driveways, artificial and real turf. Fencing or even just a tidy up.
◦ Using certain tools and machinery. For example cement mixer, Sthill saw.
◦ Follow safety procedures and company guidelines.
◦ Maintain high quality workmanship on all projects.

Requirements
◦ Must have a driving license.
◦ Previous landscaping experience preferred but not essential.
◦ Ability to work in all weather conditions.
◦ Be a strong team player and always have a positive attitude.
◦ Hard working and sometimes working long hours

The right candidate will have the opportunity to grow within the division, learn new skills at top standards.
Pay is competitive and will take into account previous experience and any qualifications.

Looking for a dependable labourer for landscaping, groundworks and some building work.

You must:
• Turn up on time every day
• Be willing to work hard
• Hold a full UK driving licence and be able to drive vans
• Be physically fit and happy working outside
• Able to pass advanced DBS checks for working within schools.

Experience useful but attitude matters more.
Good long-term work for the right person.
