Nice easy one completed today in Bottesford. Roof off and new one on, all completed and cleaned up in one day 👌🏻. After a torrid January, jobs not going to plan, running over time schedule, it’s nice to have a day that just runs smooth 😅. Makes it all worthwhile 🙏🏻

Glad to get this one over the line and just in time of our deadline date. Thanks to the lads for the long days and hard work we have all put in💪🏻
320sqm monster mansion in Scarborough. We’ve had torrential rain, ☔️ 50mph winds, 💨 icy mornings. 🧊 But we persevered and happy with the end result. ☑️

This property’s roof covering was only a 10year old fibreglass system flat roof and as you can see has failed miserably (due to the installer) We have gone back to the traditional two layer technatorch felt system all fully re-boarded in 18mm Osb boards.

Great job and a pleasure to work on such an expensive and stunning property but glad to be back home to get caught up with our work here.

Not posted for a while, re roof completed today in Scunthorpe. 👌🏻

Massive garage flat roof completed this week around the weather! 🌧️

Removed the top course of bricks, Full re board with furrings giving the roof a slight fall either way and then 18mm ply. anthracite grey fascia and black gutter. Roof finished with the EPDM rubber system. 🔨🪚

Slowly catching up with work. As you know it’s done nothing but rain this year! will be sending out emails over weekend to set some new dates! 🗓️

Re roof completed today in Bottesford. The 5th ‘insulation’ foamed roof of my career, they never get any easier.

How company’s got and still are getting away with this service is beyond me.
1. Causes the roof to sweat excessively and rots the timbers.
2. Fire Hazard.
3. Most mortgage company’s refuse to lend with this installed so will struggle to sell your house unless cash buyers.
4. No other way but to remove completely which will cost more than your average re roof as there is twice as much labour and waste!

Don’t want to see another for at least a year so if you have this in your loft give us a call in 2025 😂 🔨
