Accoya’s long lifespan means lower material consumption (due to less replacement!) over the same period compared to most other materials.

Therefore Accoya locks away CO2 for a longer time from the atmosphere. In fact, because of low emissions during production combined with the increased life span and good recyclability, Accoya window frames are even assessed to be CO2 neutral over the full life cycle.

Here is a contemporary doorset we made recently, the door is an engineered Europeon Oak finished with a UV protection oil. The door frame with sidelight is made from hardwood and factory sprayed by us using the Teknos Industry paint system. The doorset incorporates a high security multipoint locking system and 316 grade stainless steel bar handle, letter plate and cylinder pull.

D.Beacock & Son are often asked to manufacture joinery items for listed buildings, these items must match the aesthetics of the original perfectly. This door and frame including canopy were manufactured by us to look traditional but incorporate a number of modern features including a high security multipoint locking system. The raised and fielded panels in the door are made from Tricoya which is a fully exterior MDF and the complete doorset was fully factory sprayed by us using the Teknos system.

Another bespoke flight of stairs, this was a customer lead design bringing numerous design elements together. We were called upon when other manufacturers couldn't design a flight to fit within the very tight stairwell nor could they incorporate the design elements requested by the client.
The stairs were fitted yesterday ready for the plasterer to underdraw the stairs to complete the underside.
The stairs were manufactured in European Oak and finished in a white oil and also incorporated some stainless steel elements.
