We contacted them for our system's annual service. Very friendly during the booking and offered a day at our convenience. They gave us a 2 hour window and confirmed by email saying the time could vary depending on their previous visits. They kept us very well informed of times right up until they left their previous customer.

Pete brought his apprentice, James with him and asked us if we would mind the visit taking slightly longer as James was learning. We were fine with that but they still didn't have take too long.

Both of them were efficient, polite and friendly and we will definitely use them again when next year's service is due.
