Floor prep services

Earlier this week we attended a job 1600m2 heavy blast in multiple small rooms but due to time constraints we only had 1 day to get the prep work done. This was no trouble for our crew & we were done finished & out the door by 2:30pm.

Todays job.
A good medium shotblast to remove multiple paint coatings in preparation for a pump screed. The only issue was that it was in Aberdeen so a 14hr round trip.

Just a little job today.
Someone spilt a full tin of paint in the yard at JCB Uttoxeter ahead of a site visit by the top directors. We arrived with our Blastrac 220DT shotblast machine & removed the offending paint now the site looks clean again

We recently completed a floor to a basement garage. The concrete was new but very rough. We Diamond ground it back to a decent level with our Blastrac 780 pro planetary floor grinders ready for an epoxy resin floor coating with anti slip.

Here is a recent small job we have just completed.
We were called by one of our clients regarding a floor in a church hall where the vinyl had de bonded. Upon closer inspection the latex screed had failed so after we had removed the vinyl we set about removing the latex screed with a mixture of Kango breakers & Diamond floor grinders. This has now left the substrate contamination free ready for a dpm & a fresh layer of latex screed

We have a very busy few weeks ahead of us so today was scheduled as a yard day to ensure all our machines are up to scratch and ready for the jobs ahead

Does anybody we know have any experience at creating resin worktops. We have recently had an enquiry from a nightclub in our area to resin the bar surface to a smooth polished finish.

The Milestone team going strong on one of our current jobs down in London

With 7000m2 of Altrocrete to lay over a number of different rooms, the guys are hard at work making great progress transforming the area. Also applying an AltroProof Solo DPM to the areas to ensure a quality finished product.
