Had to change board 1. Absolute mess. Now it's a bit neater with correct fuse protection installed.
Go to the kitchen board to test the submain and open it up this mess (pic 3, bottom right)
Apparently it was installed by a qualified electrician.
Found out he was one of these quick course electricians.
