🏗️ Cracking progress on our Sidmouth project.
This project is a combination of Large rear extension with compete internal Reno and extensive groundworks and complete new drainage system as the old pitch fibre has given up.
Huge thanks to the team, everyone has worked there socks off through rain and the heat.
Next stage roof structure and new covering as well as the base down for all of the patios 🏗️

Sidmouth site foundations in and driveways dig out started ✅
Exeter site, new dorma insulated and signed off by build Controll for the next stage ✅
Seaton site 2, final bits being completed before handover to the client ✅
Multiple site visits to meet with current, past and future clients ✅
2 days in the office ensuring we are on top of budget and schedule with materials ordered to ovoid the price increase in a month ✅
Not one corner cut, just love what we do and working hard.

This is the part of a project we genuinely love the most.
The big structural work is done, and it’s all about the details, clean lines, quality materials, perfect finishes, and those small touches that make a difference.

Anyone can build walls…

After what can only be described as a total planning rollercoaster 🎢 with EDDC, we’re finally all systems go 🚀 on our latest development!

It’s not the original plan, but trust us — this one is still going to be a beauty 😍

Over the next 2 months, we’ll be taking it from an empty shell 🏚️ to a high-return asset 💰 … so keep an eye out for the transformation 👀
