Damp, mould or that musty smell starting to become a problem?
Couple of the most recent damp jobs I’ve completed, one rising which I could isolate due to a timber frame under the window and one penetrating which required 2 walls removing. all back to a normal dry, clean smelling space for the customer and tenant
