This customer called us as they were having trouble with their lock. Although they could lock the door, the key would become stuck and couldn’t be removed.

After inspecting the door, we found a faulty cylinder was causing the locking mechanism to fall out of sync. We replaced the faulty cylinder, checked the operation of the lock and made sure everything was working smoothly again 🔐✅

We were called out to a property after a door had become jammed due to a fault within the internal locking mechanism, preventing the customer from using it properly.

After gaining entry, we diagnosed the issue and replaced the faulty component causing the problem. We also carried out some adjustments to the door alignment to ensure everything was operating as smoothly as possible 🔐✅

With the repair completed and the door adjusted, everything is now working perfectly again without the need for a full lock replacement.

This customer was experiencing problems with their locks not operating correctly when the door was in the closed position and was concerned they may need new locks.

After gaining entry to the letterbox, we removed the faulty lock, supplied and fitted a replacement and issued two new keys.
