BMW 3 series presented for air conditioning not working and brake judder.

Why we are different.. we measure and test using information we subscribe to against manufacturers data.

Photo 1 shows Joshua measuring the runout on the brake disc this was confirmed to be outside tolerances.

Picture 2/3 shows two indépendant wiring diagrams for the air conditioning compressor

The wiring was checked and the control signal was measured, picture 4, using the oscilloscope confirming a new ac compressor is required.

Lots of enquires about air conditioning with the heat.. unfortunately it’s not just a matter of re gassing the system… especially on older systems.. if it has no gas in it there is a reason..

This involves pressure testing the system and repairing the faults.

We are happy to check gas levels for free but won’t gas an empty system for environmentalist and professional reasons

This 1976 triumph spitfire was recovered in to us as a none runner and no brakes.

Using our powerful oscilloscope ignition timing checked and adjusted… some new ignition components and repair to the fuel system we managed to get her running.. a little
More fine tuning required.

And a new braking system will keep this classic purring and braking so the owner can enjoy the summer in his beloved spitfire 😎
