First Re roof of 2024 completed in York using condron concrete tiles in anthracite fitted over a premium breathable felt membrane( apex air) and graded battons finished of with traditional bedded gables and a dry ridge system. You can see from the pictures as there was a serious water ingress causing water staining on the original felt so it was only a matter of time before it started to leak in to the property it’s self due to the age of the roof.
