the importance of commissioning ! we recevied a call from a new complex to say the tenant's are complaining about a funny taste in the water . once inspected it was clear that stagnaion was present from lack of usage from inbetween the hand over period causing a biofilm to form on the suface of the stored water , with all the food it needed to grow from the settled sedimant to the base.
