The property is Grade II Listed as well as being within a Conservation Area and National Landscape, so it was fantastic to gain approval for our clients' new garden building that will contain a workshop, storage space, hobby room and garden room 🏡

Friday was an absolutely beautiful day for a site visit to one of our rural developments in Sevenoaks, which is progressing nicely! 🌞

This is a great project that we've been involved with since 2019, where we undertook a change of use application from large barns to four individually designed properties.

We love the use of traditional materials, details and vaulted spaces… and the countryside views are stunning! 😍

We went back in to planning with another application for an even larger and more predominant design, with the addition of an outdoor swimminng pool and landscaping, and we're pleased to say that this has been approved too! 🥳
