Otford Village Hall , Sevenoaks TN14 5PQ : This week the mapping of drains was completed, all drain runs are place on a site plan for future reference .... during investigations with drain camera surveys some of the pipes were service cleaned and 3 gullies were un-blocked .

Lake View Road, Sevenoaks TN13 3E: We recently carried out a drain camera survey and Radiodetection investigations on a 1960's property after the new homebuyer had moved in, a valuation surveyor had stated a seized manhole cover (hence vague report) , it turned out there had been previous failures to abide with building regulations including drain lining under the extensions (Note: Be wise, have the drain survey prior to a property purchase considering the overall outlay)

Otford Village Hall , Sevenoaks TN14 5PQ : We located a buried access chamber, un-blocked 22 metres of drain serving a over flowing kitchen gully , the job was finished off by mapping all drain runs to a plan allowing the management to know which toilets etc. flow to each manhole , we will revisit for future maintenance.

Otford Parish Council , Sevenoaks , Kent : We recently carried out subsurface Radiodetection investigations , various types of pipe camera surveys on spring water feeds through culverts , leats and pipes to the village pond , some of the feeds were last opened in the 1950's and have never had a camera survey carried out , a 35 page Report was compiled containing mapping.
