First off , I’m a local , with 35 years experience , apprentice served builder.

I have recently I’ve come up with a method of rejuvenating driveways and patios .
(See pics below)
While Mother Nature always seems to find a way eventually with weeds and discoloration , lichen etc etc
According to AI and my results so far my method seems to work keep weeds and lichen at bay and to give your patios paths and driveways looking as good as when they were first done.

So that all said as summer is rapidly getting nearer , now is the best time for a quote .
I am currently busy with booked in confirmed work, but I would still be happy to give you an estimate ( and yes I will turn up ) if you are in no immediate rush for the work as described above or any other projects you may need

After an amazing 60th holiday back to the grind finishing rendering the exterior of the hollow block reinforced
retaining wall in Ventnor.
Backfilled with 1.5 tonne topsoil on top of perforated drainage inside 20mm chipping filled Terram drainage fabric,

Now just a massive tidy up and clearance next week

Decking done for a very happy couple in Alverstone garden village
And updated 3 pics of a front patio area for a great family in Newport at the beginning of this year
Coming into its own with lovely big plants , looking even better with some Sun out at last

Rotten decking and sub structure removed rebuilt and re- decked despite the rain and I’ve found a new friend overseeing the work and needing doggy toys constantly flung lol
