I’m seeing this a lot recently—projects that never quite get finished.

This en-suite looked “done” but wasn’t practical. The toilet was too close to the basin, and once the radiator went in, it would’ve been uncomfortably tight.

✨ Solution: A comfort-height close-coupled toilet for extra leg room, rebuilt boxing to fit the new pan & cistern, and centred it perfectly in the space.

And that decorative column towel radiator? The real showstopper 😍

My client said that their living room was always freezing in the colder months and asked if I could add a radiator?

“No Problem” 👍🏼

After calculating the required BTUS for this room we agreed to slightly over rate this radiator just to make sure the room temperature manages to get nice and toasty this winter.

Due to distance of pipe work, I chose to use my pipe benders rather than extra fittings. This minimise’s flow resistance, which in turn allows for a faster heat up time.

Great forward planned maintenance from my client. Who is now very happy with the results.

BIG things are coming to Regent Creative Studio - Shanklin! I have just installed this bank of sockets to facilitate another service that they can offer. If you are not already following these guys then I strongly suggest you do. With the school holidays upon us they are offering some great sessions for the children and are also a space for you to hire, so you can run some classes of your own…Oh and they are the nicest of people to work with too.
