🏘️ More new homes are coming soon in Altrincham.

Construction is progressing well on four new five-bedroom family homes on Brook Close, Timperley – our latest development with PIC Homes, built by Probuk Construction.

Blending contemporary design with traditional character, the homes feature arched windows, natural stone, brickwork and considered detailing throughout.

Each property has been designed with sustainability at its core, integrating solar PV, air source heat pumps and battery storage to achieve EPC A ratings – delivering exceptional energy efficiency without compromising comfort or style.

Led by Jamie Hanson and Ryan Millar for CODA Architecture, alongside Euan Kellie, Katie Flynn and Ken Saville, this scheme reflects a shared commitment to quality design and sustainable living.

🏡 We’re excited to share that we’ll soon be starting work on this beautiful new single-storey, four-bedroom family home (you might call it a bungalow!) for one of our CODA Bespoke clients.

The contemporary design has been carefully planned to make the most of its location, with thoughtfully selected materials and a focus on connecting the interior of the home to the surrounding landscape. 🌳

We took a quick detour earlier this month to check on the progress of our latest residential development on Park Road, Altrincham 🏗️, and it's exciting to see how everything is coming together!

In collaboration with PIC Homes and Probuk NW, we're delivering a high-quality urban infill scheme that’s tackling some real design and delivery challenges.

Heritage Transformation 🏡: A non-designated heritage asset is being sensitively renovated into a 6-bedroom superhome, blending character with contemporary living.

Luxury Living in a Suburban Context 🏠: We're building 9 luxury family homes within a tight suburban footprint, showing how smart design can make the most of limited space.

Sustainability First 🌱: All units are targeting EPC A ratings, going above and beyond building control requirements to ensure energy efficiency and low-carbon living.

We're really excited to see this project take shape and can't wait for it to reach completion in the next few months. It's a great example of how urban regeneration can breathe new life into an area.

With over 3000 sqft of living space across three floors, this property is one of just four at Brookview, a charming development in the semi-rural village of Howbrook, North Sheffield.

We designed these spacious family homes for Pen*stone Developments, who brought them to life around five years ago.
