🫱🏻‍🫲🏼New house, returning customer☺️

📍Today we’ve completed this small job for our returning customers Sara & Ollie at their new house near Endcliffe Park🫱🏻‍🫲🏼

🤷🏼‍♂️They had a pretty big drop off to their adjacent neighbours garden which could be seen as a pretty big hazard and not to mention a privacy issue to boot.. So it was time to put that right!😊

🪵They both chose to go with a 5ft high featheredged fence put together with concrete posts and gravelboards, fixing both of the above issues and all was completed by midday ✅

📍Today we’ve been working on Plymouth Road just off Abbeydale Road for our customer Abbie🫱🏻‍🫲🏼

🪵Her previous fencing, as you can see from the before photos.. Had started to fall apart after being up for a number of years and had supports added to stop it from falling over, so it was time for an upgrade!👌🏻

📋After our quoting visit, Abbie had decent on a 5ft contemporary style Venetian fence, built by us on site and as you can see, it’s made all the difference! ✅

👀Completed Today✅

📍Today we’ve been working in Walkley for our customers Jonathan and his family. 🫱🏻‍🫲🏼

🌲Previoisly they had conifers around the side and the front of the property which became a pain to maintain and fencing something more simple which required less upkeep👍🏻

🪵Previous to our visit today, our Tree Surgeon partners came, took out the high thick conifers and disposed of them, leaving us a clear path to get the families new fencing in 😊👊🏻

🫡They opted for a 6ft high, concrete post and gravelboard fence with 5ft featheredged panels, all supplied and delivered by our friends at 🚚🙏🏻

👀Completed Today in Dore✅

📍Over the last 2 days we’ve been working in Dore for our customers Jacqui, Andrew and their family 🫱🏻‍🫲🏼

🤷🏼‍♂️They have a beautiful garden and felt they needed some new fencing at the back to replace the old and a new stretch of fencing down the side to finish off the aesthetic appearance.

✅In just 2 days, we had a 6ft Euro Square Horizontal fencing up at the back and a matching 5ft Euro Square Horizontal fencing up on the side, both using concrete posts and gravelboards😊

🥰We personally love the finished look of this job, especially with the flower beds the customers have, and it does indeed finish of their garden wonderfully providing a fantastic space for those summer nights 😅☀️

😊Completed This Week☑️

📍Early this week we completed this job for our customers in East Dene, Rotherham. 🫱🏻‍🫲🏼

👂They wanted a gate and fence putting up to separate their back garden and driveway, and a safe space for their kids to play in. 👍🏻

🕧by midday we had this 6ft high double paling custom made fencing and gate completed, finished off with, post caps, black handle, hinges and slide bolt. ✅

🤷🏼‍♂️This style is a perfect example of a cost effective option which still looks seamless and aesthetically pleasing on the eye as well maintaining the same functionality as any other 😊

**🫡Another Recently Completed Job✅**

📍Another project completed recently for another returning customer in Totley Rise 🫱🏻‍🫲🏼

🤷🏼‍♂️Our customer had a boundary fence seperating them from their neighbours which had outlived its best before date and began to show signs of wear❌

✅Hours later we had this 6ft arch top double paling fence fitted using concrete posts and gravelboards. We also custom made a return piece into the neighbours garage👍🏻

👀A Little Facelift✅

📍This particular job saw us working in Batemoor for our customer Dawn 🫱🏻‍🫲🏼

❌Her back garden panels and gate had rotten to the point of no return and it was time for a fresh facelift.. So we’ve slotted her in some new 5ft featheredged panels, a new 6ft featheredged gate and added 2 new bays of concrete post and gravelboard fencing to the right to replace an old timber fence which was being held up with wire ✅

**👀Recently Completed☺️**

📍On this job we were working in Arbourthorne for our customer & her family. 🫱🏻‍🫲🏼

🤷🏼‍♂️The featheredged boards on her fencing were coming lose and she also wanted a new, more sturdier gate installing with a better lock which was a bit more practical 👍🏻

💪🏻Before the end of the day, we had new 5ft featheredged boards installed with capping, some 6ft ones to cover the back small piece of fencing and a new 7ft full framed mortice and tenon featheredged gate installed with a long throw key lock supplied with 5 keys ✅☺️

👀One from last week✨

📍Last week we were working on Totley Rise/Bradway for our customer & his partner. 🫱🏻‍🫲🏼

🤷🏼‍♂️Their old fencing on both sides wasn’t really installed correctly, was leaning.. and just generally ready for a refresh. 👍🏻

👀After a couple days, we had this 6ft high featheredged fence completed on both sides, using 4x4 posts.. really finishing off the customers space, and also giving his neighbours a little facelift in the process too😊✅

Hi, everyone, in the past hour and half, our Google Business Profile has been hit with 4 fake deceptive reviews from what seems to be a review scam commonly known as a review attack.

These reviews have come from generic names, whom we’ve never completed any work for. We’ve checked our business records and business banking and there’s no sign of any of them.

We take our work and customer service really seriously and over the years I’ve done what I can to uphold my reputation and name and this has been really disheartening.

Before this, we had 93 5 star reviews at a 5.0 rating on Google and it’s something I am extremely proud of. And now, the 4 latest ones are clearly a scheme designed to deceive our future customers and tarnish our reputation.

If you can, I’m asking for you to visit our Google business profile, go to ‘reviews’ and report on those 4 recent reviews as being fake and deceptive.

Also, for any customers we’ve completed work for, could you please visit our Google business page and leave a review.

A big thank you to any of you who can help me with this matter, it’s hugely appreciated.
