🧱 Check out this lovely little repointing project we have just finished 🧱

This one required a lot of preparation due to the original bed joints varying from 8mm to 15mm in places.

Proper preparation is the key to a long-lasting repointing job – it’s not just about running a raking blade through the joints and filling them back up.

Where wider joints were present, any remaining mortar had to be carefully removed by hand to ensure the joints were fully cleared out. The perps were also top and tailed throughout to make sure every joint was properly prepared before pointing began.

Our attention to detail as a team always results to a clean, consistent finish that not only looks great but will help protect the property for years to come.

An interesting little project which really shows our craftsmanship. We was only there to take out repair work of the ground floor dwelling.

The landlord above wasn’t interested in having his half repointed which is such a shame with the amount of effort we go to.

From these pictures you can really see our work compared to what ever you want to call the top half 🤦‍♂️.

Another project finished up this week for the team ✔️

The end results on this speak for themselves ⭐️

What a project this was , where do we even start . Bad workmanship in the past by previous companies. Joints sizes up to 30mm 🤦‍♂️. We tried to clean the brickwork up best we can with a good acid clean but it just wouldn’t shift the previous bad workmanship 🤦‍♂️.

Carefully ground out a always no cut bricks ✔️

Dust extraction every time ✔️

Carefully repointed to the highest finish ✔️

The After & before results are just on a different level ⭐️
