Decking replacement 🪚

Client wanted this decking replacing like for like as the old one was past repair 🫣
Removal of old decking ♻️, set out new levels & build structure to suit. Apply decking tape for longevity ⏳. Install decking boards to the correct spacing ✏️. Add handrails & spindles for safety & security 🐶, Build Gate to suit the gap with latch 🔒. 2x steps constructed up to garden level 🌱. All areas where foot traffic will be has had 2x coats of non slip decking oil applied 👍

All areas was cleaned & washed down prior completion 💦

We came back to our big blue brick commercial project as they were more areas that wanted rebuilding & smartening up.
We have cladded around this area for the lorry loading bays. New brick work with the new grey cladding all looks nice & smart ! 🧱

Shed base & Gravel path 🧱

This base was a little tricky to do just with the gradient of the garden. 10ftX10ft base was needed. Footing dug & poured to suit the fall of the garden. Base built in block & infilled. Slab was poured with rebar installed for extra strength and floated off for a smooth finish. Once the shed was erected we could then determine where are how many steps was needed to suit the doors. These again had a footing dug & poured to suit the size of the steps. Structure built in black and cladded in a walling stone. Finished off with some Indian stone paving. 🌟🧱

A Gravel path was also put in to lead from one level of the garden to next, as this area will all be grass seeded. We used black steel lawn edgings and filled with decorative Golden flint pebble.

Raised timber sleeper planters 🪚🌿

3x - 1500x1500x600 timber sleeper raised plants built to clients design. We like to set out & spray where things are going to give clients a better idea on how things will look and gives the option to move to suit there preferences. ✏️

A 4th sleeper planter was built at the back boundary fence, which will accommodate a lovely selection of laurels trees 🌳

All areas was filled with quality top soil 🌱

Black steel lawn edgings was installed and the area surrounding the 3x planters was filled with the very popular decorative Scottish pebble to finish off the project 🌟

All areas & drive way was cleaned and washed down prior to us leaving 💧No mess No stress. 🧽

Patio maintenance 💧

A lot of sqm of Indian paving needed pressure washing & a Re-Grout. All areas was pressure washed with a cleaning solution. Some areas had black spot & was more stubborn around the areas with tree vegetation, but with the right chemicals it all came up clean, restoring its colour back. 💧💧💧

We also relaid all the wall toppers as all of them had became loose or popped. We lifted , cleaned off & relaid on a solid bed or mortar with the all important priming slurry on each topper. 🧱

Once all the old resin was removed from the joints. We re did all the joints in a grout for a nice hard wearing & flush look. 💪

Raised Garden 🌿

Client wanted this section of there garden raised level to make it more usable for them 🌳 but also leaving clear & easy access to there oil tank area.

We added a Sleeper retaining wall with the appropriate waterproofing behind 🪚
A boundary fence to match the rest of the property with the added livestock mesh fencing 🪚
We added in 40 ton of soil. Which we levelled & graded out evenly 🚜
Then finished off with top quality turf 🌱
Small access gate created with small gravel steps 🧱
We slopped down the soil from underneath the fence down to the lower level that will be grasses seed and will soon blend in once grass starts to grow 🌱💧

As we are still on our big blue brick commercial wall job in the Hillsborough area. 🧱We had this project booked in over the weekend. A scallop boundary fence & gate made and fitted to suit. 🪚A chicken run / coop footing installed with sleepers set out to the measurements of the coop drawings which will be assembled and placed on top. 🐓🥚
