Please ensure you purchase enough at a time as batch numbers do vary. When using more than one tin of paint I strongly advise purchasing enough of the same batch in one sale. The name of the colour may be the same but manufacturing varia
tions in colour mixing can happen making one batch different from the next batch for a variety of reasons including ensuring that the colour and consistency is the same. We also use various brands and manufacturers products depending on availability to us at the time. Other Things to Consider - Colour
Colour is a function of light, and the perceived colour can depend on several things such as the substrate, the thickness of the paint, angle of viewing etc. The method of application can also affect the observed colour, paint applied by brush can look to be a different colour to paint applied by roller for example. Additionally, the colour seen in daylight can differ to that seen in artificial light (this is known as metamerism). This is due to computer monitors displaying colours differently and everyone can see these colours differently. We try extremely hard to ensure our photos are as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual colour may vary slightly from your monitor. We cannot guarantee that the colour you see accurately portrays the true colour of the product. (Product images are representative and may not always show relevant colour, size or finish). We offer a free return service within 14 days of sale. All products need to be returned unopened in the original packaging before we can process a refund. Unfortunately we cannot refund any returned paint or supplies that have been opened - they may be contaminated with dusts or bits of dirt for example. Custom Colours:
Unfortunately because they're custom orders mixed for you and not re-saleable, we don't accept returns on custom orders unless there's a problem - in which case our regular returns policy applies. Please note:
I cannot accept returns or refund items that are damaged or in an un-saleable state. Deliveries:
We deliver ourselves during the week Monday - Friday. Please contact us to see which day delivery to your area is each week. Once you place your order for delivery we will contact you the evening before to confirm the times we are able to deliver. If something changes please contact us asap on 07532816014 to ensure we do not arrive at your address anyway. In such instances we reserve the right to charge an additional delivery charge (original charge x2) if you require us to re-deliver. Although this is not normally an issue. If there are any changes to our delivery availability we will let you know as soon as humanly possible and arrange a re-delivery at the earliest convenience.
