The client was quoted £80 to connect the heating controls.

The electrician turned up, spent five minutes scratching his head, then left because of a “family emergency”…

We got the call, spent five minutes working out the system with the heating engineer, and returned the following day to get it all connected and working.

Why do so many electricians and heating engineers struggle with heating control wiring? 🤯
