It’s been a little while since we’ve posted an update, but that’s only because we’ve been flat out working on some fantastic projects! 💪

We wanted to share a selection of recent jobs we’ve completed and give you a look at what we’ve been busy with behind the scenes.

Right then, can everyone please keep a lookout and listen out for anyone selling Lyte cat ladders, roof ladders, or loads of landscaping tools. Absolute scumbags have helped themselves overnight.

Luckily, they didn’t take the trailer!

If anyone hears anything, sees anything suspicious, or spots anyone trying to sell ladders or tools cheap, please message me ASAP.

Would really appreciate everyone sharing this as well. Cheers 👍

Another great upgrade completed ✔️

We widened the existing driveway opening to improve access and fitted customer-supplied bifold metal gates for a secure and practical finish. The wider entrance makes parking easier, while the metal gates add security and give the front of the property a smart, tidy appearance.

The customer had sourced the gates second hand, and we ensured they were installed correctly so they open and close smoothly and sit perfectly within the new opening.

Another bathroom repair completed ✔️

We replaced a damaged shower tray along with new glass to restore both safety and appearance. The old tray had cracked and was no longer watertight, so we removed it carefully and installed a brand new, solid tray with matching glass for a clean, refreshed finish.

Now the shower is fully secure, leak-free and looking as good as new.

Another recent transformation completed at the front and rear of this property 🔨

We removed the old, worn step and replaced it with a strong, clean brick-built design finished with high-quality paving slabs for a smart, modern look. The new steps not only improve access but also enhance the overall appearance of the entrance.

Small garden upgrade with a big impact 🧱🌿

We replaced a set of old, rotten timber sleepers with a brand-new brick retaining wall, giving this garden a much stronger and longer-lasting structure.

The new wall not only looks far better but will stand the test of time compared to the previous timber setup. To make the space more practical and accessible, we also built new steps leading up to the top level of the garden—perfect for the customer to get up there easily and enjoy feeding the birds.

A simple job that’s made a huge difference to both the look and usability of the space 👍

Front & rear transformation completed 🧱

At the front of the property, the existing block paving step and pathway had become loose and uneven, so we lifted the full area to start fresh. We replaced the walkway with new buff flags, finished off with a block paving edging to keep that neat, defined look. The step was also redesigned and made smaller using the original materials we carefully took up—helping keep costs down while still achieving a much cleaner finish.

Round the back, the old block paving and loose stones were removed completely to create a more solid and usable space. We installed a brand-new flagged area using matching buff slabs, giving it a tidy and consistent appearance throughout.

To complete the job, we built a new step leading into the property using stone and flags to tie everything together perfectly with the new patio area.

A big improvement front and back—clean, safe, and built to last 💪

Full garage roof transformation underway 🔨

We started this project by safely removing an old, leaking asbestos garage roof, ensuring everything was handled and disposed of professionally and in line with regulations by Severn Asbestos Removal Ltd! The existing roof had completely failed, so it was the perfect opportunity for a full upgrade.

From there, we constructed a brand-new roof structure on the prefab garage, giving it the strength and reliability it was missing. The entire roof was then reboarded to create a solid base, ready for the installation of a new Firestone rubber roof system.

To finish things off, we fitted new fascias all around for a clean, modern look, along with a brand-new timber window made and installed on the inside. We also upgraded the electrics with new LED lighting, giving the space a fresh, practical finish.

Another job brought back to life and built to last 💪

Full gable end restoration completed 🧱

This job involved grinding out all the old, failing mortar from a full gable end that had been causing ongoing issues. The original pointing had deteriorated over time, allowing water to pe*****te through the brickwork, reach the cavity, and make its way inside—leading to leaks above the windows.

We removed all the defective pointing and fully repointed the entire area, restoring the integrity of the brickwork and sealing it properly against the elements. This not only improves the look of the property but, more importantly, prevents any further water ingress.

Another bonus on this job—we were able to save the customer money by using our own scaffolding setup, avoiding the added cost of hiring in a full scaffold.

Out with the old, in with the new 🔨

This summer house roof had definitely seen better days. The old felt covering was worn out, tired, and had started to leak—never a good sign. On top of that, the existing roof structure had deteriorated, so it was time for a full upgrade rather than a quick patch-up.

We stripped everything back to basics, removing the failing felt and replacing the entire roof structure with new, treated timber to ensure long-term strength and durability. Once the new framework was in place, we fitted smooth face ply to create a solid, clean base.

To finish it off, we installed a Firestone rubber roof system—giving it a sleek, modern look and, more importantly, a fully watertight and low-maintenance finish that will last for years to come.

Another roof transformed and built to stand the test of time 💪
