Well that’s the latest Bathroom renovation complete for mi mate Pete Coopes mam Lyn completed … what a mission we’ve
Removed concrete lintels , raised them higher some the ceilings on one level without a boxing
Lowered the ceiling , boarded and skimmed
Re hoisted the floor with 5x2” timbers as the floor ran out 30 mm over 1100 mm
New 18 mm marine ply floor
All walls back to brick and dot and dabbed new plasterboard
All new pipework , and ABS plastic waste under the floor no push fit
New stud wall on shower wall againn70 mm out of plumb
New spotlights and extractor
Bespoke Matt finish quartz for WC box , window sill and Basin cabinet
All cabinets , white goods and stunning nickel finish shower , and basin tap , LED mirror and cladding supplied as usual by the Bathroom shop , staveley
Big shout out to Pete for a hand on the rip out
And Adam Baxendale with the rest of the job
