Scaffolding completed this week on the old Jordanthorpe pub soon to be a community centre for a new client T&C Williams. Complete new roof going on plus fascia’s and barge boards. The flat roof was supported underneath with acro props to carry the weight of the scaffold down to the concrete floor below.

A couple of soffit, fascia and gutter replacement jobs from last week erected to our high standard as usual.

Sio 18 completed today at Radius Systems.
The client needed access to a dent in the silo at around 7m high so they can cut out and repair. Flame retardant monaflex had to be used to allow for welding.

Cantilevered beam section over factory roof at Progress Rail well on its way for our client JDS Development. Couldn’t get a loading spec on the factory roof so have to cantilever over it 5m to reach the end of the gable to allow for coping and brick works.
