Full transformation completed using a K-Rend Silicone Render System (TC15 – Wheaten).

The existing pebble dash was fully removed back to brick, allowing us to rebuild the system properly from the base. The old timber Tudor cladding was also removed and replaced, with a custom finish to the apex for a cleaner, more modern look.

Full preparation carried out with a mesh reinforced basecoat, finished with a low-maintenance silicone topcoat for a clean, long-lasting result.

Stripped back, prepped right, tanked to stop moisture coming through… then fully meshed and finished in VPI Blank Ecru.

We always recommend tanking on garden walls — that’s what stops issues coming back.
Coping stones also help protect the top and keep it cleaner longer (not fitted on this one).

Big transformation on this one 👌

We removed all the existing render and timber cladding, taking everything back to the original brickwork for a proper fresh start.

Finished with a silicone render system in Wheaten from K Rend — clean, modern look and built to last.

Nice clean finish on this one in Whirlow, S11.

All the existing render was taken off, and the front apex was fully stripped back, including the old Tudor cladding. The customer decided to keep it plain instead, which really suits the house.

Finished in a silicone system with grid lines, Pearl colour.

Turned out really tidy.

We’ve taken it right back and gone again with a full silicone render system — nice clean finish and built to last.

All prepped properly, fully meshed, and finished in the customer’s chosen colour. No shortcuts, just done the right way.

This is why render fails 👇 (real job)

The existing render had completely failed, so we took everything back to the concrete blocks and started again the right way.

The issue here was damp coming from the ground and missing coping stones, which were never installed from the beginning.
This is a common problem we see on a lot of properties.

This time, everything was done to full spec using a VPI silicone system:
• Full tanking system installed
• Proper base prep and mesh
• Silicone finish (Silicon Plus)
• Coping stones installed (supplied by customer)

Now left with a clean, solid finish — done properly and built to last.

No shortcuts. Just done right.

Have a look at this one in Whirlow.

The existing render had completely failed, so we took everything back to brick and started again the right way.

Once it was opened up, a few things needed sorting first. Some lintels had gone, so they were replaced, and we repointed and strengthened the brickwork before doing anything else.

We also redid the lead around the bay window — extended it and made sure everything is properly watertight.

Insulation was added, then the full silicone render system was installed step by step, as it should be.

No shortcuts, just done right.

Left with a clean, solid finish and backed by a 30-year warranty.

Back to brick

The old render and loose pebble dash have been completely removed, exposing the original brickwork. The surfaces are now clean and prepared for the next phase. On Wednesday, we will start installing a K-Rend silicone render system, beginning with the base coat and reinforcement mesh.

The property will be finished in Limestone colour and comes with a 30-year manufacturer warranty.

More progress updates will be shared soon.
